៙ Ingredients:

1- Black chicken

12. Ginger, garlic, red onion, garlic, parsley, pepper, salt, fish sauce, sugar, soup powder

៙ How to do:

1. Boil water, boil a black chicken and boil it to lose its flavor. Extract to one side.

2-Roast the finely chopped onion until it turns red and sweet, then add the garlic and roast until red, then add the fish sauce, add the red pepper Stir in salt and sugar, then add boiling water.

3 When the water boils, add a piece of ginger root and chicken. When steaming, do not cover the pot. If you cover it, the water will boil and stink.

4. In another pot, boil water, dried pudra, dried meat, dried lotus seeds, dried bananas, dried mushrooms, mouse ears, wood mushrooms or straw mushrooms, pork skin, fried bean sprouts. Extract and wash thoroughly.

5. When you see that the chicken is a little brittle, then add the carrots and all the other ingredients and boil them together.

6. When the chicken is tender, add the soup powder and taste as you like.

7. Soak the noodles softly and cut them short, leaving them aside.

8. Garlic and parsley are finely chopped and sprinkled on top of the soup when the chicken is cooked in a soup bowl.

9- Put a little noodles on the bottom of the plate before boiling the chicken on the stove, put in a bowl of soup and sprinkle with garlic and parsley. Above. We have to eat this soup when it is hot and delicious.
