9- Soup (no soup can use coconut water instead)

How to do:
1. Bring the pot to a boil, then add the coconut paste, leave it to boil and add the lemon leaves, garlic, ginger, dried chillies, spices and stir to dissolve. Let it all boil and taste.
2. Then add palm sugar, flour, soup, salt, baking powder, olive oil and a little condensed milk, stir well with the ingredients.
3- Then add soup or coconut water and taste as much as you like (this dish is not salty) and then add peanuts. Stir well.
4- Take out the pot to be eaten and put it back on the stove over low heat and put with beef, seafood as needed. Your favorite dip with tofu.
៙ How to make tofu:
1. Put the fat in the pan, add the fried garlic to taste, then add the tofu (tofu bottle) and add a little sugar and bicheng, stir well. The taste is moderate, not too salty, it is ready.
