I want to show you a delicious Khmer dishes! Get away from foreign cuisine
and know how to combine ingredients, how to mix things and how to do it.
Ingredients:
1-20 duck eggs
2- 4 bites of straw mushrooms (split in two)
3- 5 bites of beef meatballs (split in two)
4- Lemongrass leaves, 2 stems to cut short enough.
5- 4 orange leaves
6- Garlic 4 cloves to break
7- Rumdeng, a piece of thumb to break
8- 2 teaspoons sugar - 1 teaspoon salt
9- Bicheng 1 teaspoon (optional)
10- 1 tablespoon of flour (optional)
11-1 tablespoon fish sauce
12- 1 can of raw milk
13- 2-3 liters of water
14-Favorite vegetables
15-Meat as you like
How to do:
1. Boil duck eggs with orange leaves, lemon leaves, boil, peel and set aside.
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the garlic. Put it in boiling water.
Add sugar, salt, bean curd, flour, soup, fish sauce (add less to taste), mushrooms, straw and leave to boil.
Put the meatballs, beef, duck eggs and let them boil again, then add raw milk and let it boil.
When eating, you can add lemon leaves, vegetables and meat as you like.
