How to do:
1. Boil water, add a little salt and boil chicken to break the meat and take it into small pieces.
2. Soak dried mushrooms in hot water and wash them with clean water, then cut them into small pieces.
3- Mix the flour with half a bowl of water, stir to dissolve.
4. Boil chicken, add ginger, onion (whole), mushrooms and chicken, simmer for 10 minutes, then add corn for another 15 minutes, season to taste. Soup powder, sugar, pepper 5- Stir well, add chicken egg (stir gradually, add gradually), leave to boil, add fried flour, stir to taste Taste as you like.
