I want to show you a delicious Khmer dishes! Get away from foreign cuisine
and know how to combine ingredients, how to mix things and how to do it.
Ingredients:
1- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2- 2 tablespoons curry powder
3- Fresh ginger, 2 tablespoons
4- 3 red onions, minced
5- 800 grams of red pumpkin cut into small pieces
6- 2 tomatoes (peel and seeds and chew)
7- 750 ml chicken broth
8-Coconut paste 270 ml.
9- 1 to 2 teaspoons of fish sauce
10- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, soup
11. Half a plate of crab meat (can use lobster meat)
12- 2 hand peppers, thinly sliced fruit
13- 2 to 3 stalks of parsley
14- 2 tablespoons roasted garlic
How to do:
1. Heat the frying oil and add the curry powder to the frying pan to make it fragrant.
2-Pour fresh ginger and red onion into the frying pan evenly to taste well.
3. Pour the pumpkin and tomatoes into the chicken stock and bring to a boil.
4. Reduce the heat a little until the pumpkin is tender. Grind the cooked ingredients and pour into another pot.
5 - Then heat the ground ingredients over low heat, add coconut milk and pure water, stir evenly until the soup. This is good and enters the country well.
6- Add fish sauce and lemon juice.
7- Put this soup on a plate and add crab meat, peppers, 2 to 3 slices of parsley and roasted garlic.
