៙ How to do:

1. Boil water, put the bones for about 5 minutes, then extract and rinse thoroughly.

2- Put water in a pot of about 8 liters and bring to a boil, add the bones.

3- Roast the onion, garlic and shallots for about 7 minutes, then put them in a soup pot (whole), add sugar, salt, fish sauce, dried shrimp, beetroot and soup powder. Simmer for 70 minutes.

4- Chew 5 bites of shrimp and 5 bites of pork (do not overcook). Bring the water to a boil, add a little sugar, a little salt and simmer for about 1 to 2 minutes, then pour in the water and leave only the meat.

5. When the soup is simmered for about 40 minutes, we remove all the bubbles and do not need to cover the pot and put the carrots and Pork in.

6-10 minutes after removing the chicken bones and leave the meat to cool. Put the meatballs in for about 10 minutes, we can eat.

7- Hanji, garlic, small oranges, thinly sliced ​​meat. Bring water to a boil, add noodles (for one serving) for about 30 seconds, then extract to a serving plate.

8- Add a little bean, add cooked meat, minced meat and prawns, add garlic leaves, fertilizer, fried onion, add broth and put on top.
