Beef nail soup is a kind of tonic dish that we always cook it for several hours to make it better. Delicious. Here is how to make beef nail soup:
Ingredients:
1- Cow nails (clean) 1 kg
2- 3 liters of water
3- 2 tablespoons sugar
4- A little salt
5- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
6- 1 tablespoon soup powder
7-1 carrot (cut into pieces)
8- 1 piece of French fries
9-One beetroot
10- 1 small piece of rumdeng (wound to break)
11- 4 orange leaves
12. 2 lemongrass stems (cut short to break)
13- 5 cloves of garlic (to break)
14- 1 large piece of red onion (to break)
15- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
៙ How to do:
1. Wash cow's nails thoroughly and cut them into large enough pieces.
2-Boil water and add sugar, salt, flour, soup, fish sauce.
3-Boil hot oil, add garlic, red onion, orange leaf, lemon leaf, rhubarb, fry until fragrant, then put it in boiling water and add the meat. Steam for about an hour.
4. Put the vegetables in the broth for another hour or until the meat is tender.
5. When drinking, put it on a plate and sprinkle fertilizer and garlic leaves on top and eat hot.
