Ingredients:
1- 300 grams of pork ribs cut into small pieces
2-Pumpkin 1 piece, cut into pieces (deep fry)
3- 1 carrot, small tuber, small enough
4-teaspoon sugar
5- Half a teaspoon of salt
6- Bicheng half a teaspoon
7- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
8-5 parsley (Han)
9- 2 garlic leaves cut into 2 knots
10- 1 teaspoon minced garlic (fried)
How to do:
1. First, bring a pot of boiling water to boil, then add the pork ribs and let it boil first.
When the water boils, add the carrots and leave to boil again, add the parsley (leave some).
3-Start mixing bicheng, fish sauce, salt, sugar, garlic and fried pumpkin, add fried onion, parsley and garlic leaves. It's done.
