Ingredients:
1- 3-4L steamed chicken broth
2- Fresh shrimp 300g
3- Fresh squid 300g
4- Fresh sea crab 500g
5- Fresh beef 500g
6- Shark fin 400g
7- 200g round meatballs
8-Gold needle mushroom 100g
9- Borrow 300g
10- 200g soybean foam

13-1 small package of noodles

15- 100g soybean foam
Ingredients for making soup:
1- Raw chicken bones 2Kg
2- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
3- 1 teaspoon of Raddy soup powder
4- 1 pinch of salt
5- 1 cup sugar
6- Normal water 6L
7- 1 onion
8- Garlic plant 20g
9- Khin Chhay Thom 20g
Ingredients for Koh Kong Fish Sauce:
1- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
2- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
3- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
4- 1 tablespoon minced red onion
5-Spicy peppers 1 teaspoon
6- 6 tablespoons sugar
7- 1 pinch of salt
8-Bicheng (can be put or not) 1 jeep
9- Sweet coconut water with sweet taste 150ml
10- 1 cup of chewed parsley
11- Thai Sweet Chili sauce 1 tablespoon
How to do:
1. First, make Koh Kong fish sauce by using all the ingredients to make Koh Kong fish sauce, grind it together, taste and reduce the taste to your liking First of all.
2- The next step is to boil the chicken bones to make soup by taking a pot of plain water, chicken bones and adding flavoring ingredients including garlic. French onion, chilli, cinnamon, radish or coriander, sugar, salt and a little fish sauce and cook on low heat until simmered for 2 hours. It uses only 3 liters of clear water.
3. Then we have to put the soup in a pot on the stove. When the soup boils, add the vegetables, squid, shrimp, shark fins.
4- At the end, when the soup is mixed with vegetables and meat, you can add noodles or noodles to eat with a delicious Koh Kong fish sauce. Delicious to drink.
