5- Half a teaspoon of salt
6- Bicheng half a teaspoon
7- A teaspoon of sugar
8- Half a teaspoon of ground pepper
9- 50 grams of fresh mushrooms
10-Ginger 50 grams
11. 250 ml of plain water
12-pack of noodles
13. Garlic leaves
How to do:
1. Wash the meat thoroughly and leave it to soak in fresh water. You have to cook the cabbage in small pieces like cooking. Mushrooms You should use fresh nail fungus, wash thoroughly with water. Or leave it aside.
2- Chew the garlic finely, put it in a frying pan to make it sweet, then put the washed meat in it and fry it until all the meat is ready to pour the snail oil Take 1 tablespoon and add half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of bean curd, a teaspoon of sugar, half a teaspoon of pepper.
3- Next step, you need to add cabbage, ginger and fried mushrooms together for a while and then put it in a bowl first. Add 250 ml of plain water (suitable Moderate) Leave to boil, set aside.
4. Bring water to a boil, then add noodles and wait for 3 minutes, then extract the noodles and leave to drain.
5- Put the soup in half a bowl, then put the noodles with the meat and sprinkle garlic leaves on it. You can add eggs, chicken or duck as you like.
