Ingredients:
Prawn head: 1 kg
2- Garlic: 200 g.
3- Celery: 200 g.
4 - Carrot (Carrot): 1-2 tubers.
5- Onion: 1 tuber
6- Garlic (Clove garlic): 5 cloves
7- White wine: 2 tablespoons
8-Black pepper: 2 seeds
9- Bay leaves: 3 leaves (used like orange leaves)
10-Tomato paste: 300 g.
11. Water: 2 liters
How to do:
1. Wash the shrimp head in clean water and leave it aside.
2. Add oil, roasted garlic, chives, carrots, onions, roasted garlic until golden brown, then add the shrimp head, pour in the tomato sauce, stir or stir well, then add water, add the bay leaf and pepper. Black cook for 30-45 minutes.
3- Strain the broth and use the leftovers, do not regret (this soup is used with all seafood).
