How to make Khmer style cake

 + Ingredients:

1- 350 grams of rice flour

2- 3 tablespoons noodles

3- 2 eggs

4- 1 bowl of coconut paste

5- Half a bowl of sugar, chopsticks

6- Half a bowl of grated coconut

7- Half a teaspoon of salt

8- Frying oil

+ How to do:

1. First, mix rice flour with salt and noodles and mix well.

2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and beat until smooth, then add the sugar and stir.

3. Stir in the coconut flakes, then mix the rice flour with the coconut meat. .

4. Stir well and leave for about 10 minutes.

5. 10 minutes later, put the mold on the fire and apply oil on both sides, leave it hot, then add the flour. In the mold, let it boil on both sides.
