Ingredients:

1- 250 grams of ribs

2-One beetroot

3-Vegetables (Bokor cabbage, kale, kale)) 500 g.

4- 250 grams of shrimp

5- 200 grams of mushrooms

6- 25 grams of mouse ear leaves

7- 3 pieces of noodles

8- Additional meat (according to preference, eg pork) 250 g

9- Garlic 12 cloves

10- 2 teaspoons of salt

11. A teaspoon of bean curd

12-5 tablespoons fish sauce

13. Half a teaspoon of sugar

14- An egg

15- 3 tablespoons snail oil water

16-200 ml bottle of chili juice

17- Red onion soaked 2 to 3 tubers

18. A piece of parsley

19-Sesame 50 grams

How to do:

1. First, you need to cut the ribs 1 meter long and wash them thoroughly. Beetroot must be scratched and cleaned. Clean, then cut a width of 1 or 2 cm, leaving one side.

2. Vegetables should be cut into 1 length. The shrimp must be peeled and cleaned. The fungus should be cut off the legs near the ground and washed thoroughly. The ears of the mouse were soaked in water and the remaining wood was cut off. Noodles should be soaked in water to expand and cut into 2 lengths of water and set aside. For the extra meat, you should slice it thinly.

3- Next, add boiling water, ribs and beets, as well as garlic cloves. 3 to 4 cloves, including red onion, soak in soup water and wait for 1 hour.

4- An hour later, add a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of bean curd, 5 tablespoons of fish sauce, half a teaspoon of sugar, wait A boil. When eating more vegetables, meat, shrimp, mushrooms, mouse ears, stir well, then add the noodles and beat an egg. The input is ready.

5. At this stage, you should make the sauce, while the way to make the sauce is to put the garlic and the remaining red onion, water. Bottle peppers, water, snail oil, and a teaspoon of salt into a blender and mix well. Add sesame seeds and parsley and stir to combine.
