Foi Thong (Thai Dessert) - Egg Threads or Angel hair is a Portuguese dessert made from egg yolks. Add fiber to boiling sugar syrup. This method is similar to our Khmer Pen Chok (Noodles).

៙ Ingredients:

1- 10 duck eggs

2- 4 cups pure water (rice can)

3-4 cups sugar (canned rice)

5- 3 to 4 cut leaves

៙ How to do:

1- Beat the duck egg, take only the red part (put the plate) and leave the water part of the egg white that we can see it. The egg white part attached to the egg shell.

2- Pour the egg whites into the water with the egg shells mixed with the egg yolks, beat thoroughly and filter with a cloth or cloth. Thin.

3- Boil water and put sugar into the pan, stir it to melt a little and then add the leaves.

4. When the sugar water boils, reduce the heat to low and remove the leaves.

5. Take the filtered egg yolk and put it in the beak with one or two small holes, closing the hole with one hand.

6. Release your hand so that the red egg flows out and put it on the boiling sugar water, we have to move in circles. When one piece is enough, take out a fork, remove the egg yolks and fold them into a plate.

Note: We can take the beaten egg yolk and cut the buttocks into one or two small holes to remove the egg yolk. Come and create fibers without having to buy any assistive devices.
