Ingredients:
1- 400 grams of beef meatballs
2- Cabbage plus beef, 200 grams, sliced
3-Carrots 1 tuber
4- 300 grams of pork cut into pieces
Half a spoonful of minced garlic
6- 1 teaspoon of salt
7- 1 tablespoon sugar
8- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
9- 1-2 tablespoons chicken soup powder
10-piece of jackfruit soup
11. 2 tablespoons chopped garlic leaves
12- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
How to do:
First, put the frying oil in the pot, keep it hot, add the garlic to the frying pan, then add the pork. Fry the meat a little.
2 - Then add salt, chicken broth, soy sauce and sugar together and leave it for 2-3 minutes.
3- After 2-3 minutes, add water and let it boil, add the lentil soup, beef and carrot. Leave to boil.
4- Add the cabbage and let it boil again, it looks like the vegetables are cooked and when it is ready, add the garlic leaves Can be eaten.
