Welcome Khmer Housewife This is a Khmer fanatic in this Website, I want to show you a delicious Khmer dishes! Get away from foreign cuisine and know how to combine ingredients, how to mix things and how to do it. 

៙ Ingredients:

1- 1 plate of jackfruit meat

2- 200 ml coconut paste

3- 10 eggs

4-teaspoon salt

5- 150 grams of sugar

6- Half a plate of jackfruit, remove the skin and cut into thin slices.

7. Banana leaves can be folded as shown in the picture or placed in a small bowl.

8- 300 ml of coconut milk, half a teaspoon of rice flour, a little salt, half a teaspoon of sugar mixed together and put on top.

៙ How to do:

1. First, take an egg and put it in a bowl and beat it.

2-Add salt, sugar and coconut milk and stir it to mix well (take time. A little longer if there is no machine).

3- Then take the jackfruit seeds and jackfruit meat and mix it together.

4. After mixing, put it in a banana leaf that has been folded or in a small bowl, but Do not fill only half.

5 - After putting in a banana leaf or a small bowl and put it to steam for 3 to 4 minutes.

6- Take the coconut paste mixed with 1 tablespoon at a time until all, then leave for 5 minutes More cooked.
